Application Area:
As the most widely used medium and low temperature refrigerant, R22 is mainly used in household air conditioners, commercial air conditioners, central air conditioners, mobile air conditioners, heat pump water heaters, dehumidifiers, refrigerating dryers, cold storage, food freezing equipment, marine refrigeration equipment, industrial refrigerators, commercial refrigerators, refrigeration condensing units, supermarket display cabinets, etc. It is also used as the tetrafluoroethylene monomer, the raw material for fluorine, the plastic foam blowing agent, or the propellant for pesticides and pharmaceutical aerosol. When used for the medicinal and medical purposes, the R22 must be approved beforehand. The general-purpose R22 is not up to the pharmaceutical grade quality requirements.
Storage and transportation (safety classification A1) :
The steel cylinder is a type of pressure vessel, so keep it away from fire, heat, and direct sunlight, store it in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. Handle lightly to prevent crushing, collision, and prevent breakage to the cylinder or accessories such as valve, etc.
Lubricant recommendations :
Mineral oil (MO) or alkylbenzene (AB) synthetic oil.
Tips: Selection of refrigerating oil for different types of equipment and different scenarios shall follow the recommendations of the refrigeration compressor and refrigeration (conditioning) equipment manufacturers, or be determined based on the equivalent design and technician requirement according to the specific conditions of the refrigeration compressor and refrigeration equipment, that is, using only the refrigerating oil that matches the equipment or its application purpose.
